Hi I bought my original ABI static in 2015. This of course was not something I went into lightly. I had a list of questions I wanted answering before I felt happy to go ahead with the purchase. One of the questions I asked (which I have in writing) was would my site fees go up! The reply was “site fees are set at £3600 site fees only go up for new customers. Fees have only gone up £200 in the last 7 years! Pitch fees go up every year but not to currant owners”
on that email response I bought my ABI. When my van arrived they had sent me the WRONG caravan so this caused stress! By the time they had sorted it out the new ABI Beaumont had arrived so we decided to pay a little extra and have that instead! Then they tried to put my original decking from the Ambleside onto a much bigger caravan and ruined it! So I had to complain about that which has taken another 12 months to put right! The site fees were increased from £3600 to £3900 and now they’re wanting £4300.30!!! So now they’ve priced me out!! How do I stand???
