Does any one have a interest only motgage with GEMAC taken over my mortgage express . My mortgage account has been taken over by M Express and they do not offer me any new product like majority lenders and Iam left with their very high level of variable interst rate. I am struggling to pay at such a high rate when I can obtain mortgage with other lender and save 3% . I am unable to change my lender due to my income and expenditure, however I can still afford to pay Also with any new lender it would be more affordable as the interest rate is much lower. Whilst I am unable to move the xisting lander ME should offer better rate for customer they have taken over without consultation or advising customers the consequence of staying with them. I am now locked in with them This is very distressing as I am worried I would not be able to pay off my debt when the term expires due to high level of interest I am cyrrently paying. Desperate for advice.
