Collectica scam?

I received a letter from Collectica who are agents who collect on behalf of local authorities and public services . It says there is a court order been made in my name. Although I have no knowledge of anything outstanding on this front or anywhere else incidentally, I called the council to check, they don't use this company and I have no knowledge/memory of anything else. I've even checked my credit rating to see if there are any judgements/marks on my account but there are none. So what should I do contact them or is it just a 'fishing/phishing exercise?
