  • CCA Nerves

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and hoping I'll get some advice and support along my debt journey. Back story is I owe 47k (was 83k) and have been making payments through stepchange since 2012. I am wanting to settle as much as I can in October 2020 when I can access the tax free cash from my pension but I'll need to get some low ball settlements. I've sent off 2 CCA requests (taking it slow so I can keep ahead of the gane) to the oldest of my 9 creditors. 2 questions please 1. will DCA's get naughty just for me requesting the CCA? I intend to carry on paying until I can settle. 2. The oldest account I have is from around 1992 MBNA credit card. I know this was an affinity card through west Brom building society and I completed the application by form in a leaflet in branch. Could I query the CCA if it doesn't mention west Brom and contain my signature? Many thanks for any assistance.
