Hi, new here in need of advice regarding my car which my partner bought for me as a gift, we have split up after 4 years, of which we lived together for 18months. I found him to be cheating in the worst possible way. I have moved out and can’t face him to discuss things. I have said (via text) all I want out of it is to keep my car. He says he is the owner I am just the registered keeper. Any advice on where I stand would be really helpful. Thanks
