Clean Break Order vs Divorce

Once divorced what is my situation if I purchase a property before a Clean Break Order is granted? Would he be entitled to any equity in those 6 months time difference between the divorce being granted and then the Clean Break Order being granted? The divorce is on a 2 year separation basis.
