Investigation running for 2.5 years. Neighbour's sewage system clearly defective but regulators do not stand up to owner of defective system who happens to be a big solicitor. Progress has been made but investigation is biased and from a FOI we now have proof that leading investigating officer for the Council lied regarding details of site site visit. Obvious the same officer has lied on other issues which has influenced the investigation. relevant legislation is Section 59 of Building Act and General Binding rules. If other defects were acknowledged, other legislation would also be relevant. Need help with our situation.
