Hi,
I used to live in key worker accommodation through Radian, they were affiliated with premier parking Ltd . Due to limited parking being available when I arrived home late from a shift, I parked in undesignated parking spaces. I received fines but ignored them. bwlegal started to chase them this year and I have now received a county claim form and fine of £697. The date of the parking fine says multiple between 8th April 2015 to 31st May 2015.
On the claim form form can I dispute and ask for more information due to the length of time and information not being specific?! I am worried they may add more cost if I put this request for more information on the county claim form?
