Do I sign paperwork?

Hi my car is due to be collected and inspected. I am not concerned as the car is in absolutely excellent condition with all minor scratches and alloys professionally repaired. My question is should I sign any type of paperwork even if it’s just the car report? I will have my own time stamped photos and video from the same date of collection.
