  • Executers of will refuse to sell property

My father died 10 years ago. He made a will stating that he would like his house sold 2 years after his death, allowing for my brother to live in it until such time. He left 50% of the sale value to this brother and the remaining 50% was to be shared between me and my other 4 siblings. This included the brother who is to receive 50% of its value. There was no mortgage on the property. 3 of my siblings are executors of the will, including the brother who is living in the property. They are refusing to sell the property. It is a large 5 bedroom house with just my brother living in it. What can I do as a beneficiary. If I die, my share dies with me according to the will. Probate was applied for, the year he died in 2009. I can’t afford to see a solicitor. Any help would be appreciated
