    Hi all, I’m after advise about CCA’s.
    I currently have a DMP with Stepchange since 2012.
    I’ve sent standard letters to my creditors (old debts no longer on my credit file) requesting copy of my CCA.
    cabot replies stating debt unenforceable as no CCA could be found, but still request payment.
    Intrum have not responded- well past 12 days.
    wescot sent copy of my credit card statement an a copy of a CCA but without my name, address, credit limit agreed- nothing to prove it’s mine, so not sure what to do next-any advise would be very much appreciated
