  • Parking Eye Grafton street (MRI) Manchester - STAFF

Hi I've received a PCN from Parking Eye, I appealed as I'd paid & they have come back to say it is unsuccessful, the only thing I can think of is the original PCN states GRAFTON STREET MULTI STOREY STAFF so I am now worried I parked in a staff spot. I didn't notice any signage but as all the disabled spots have massive disabled signage painted in each space I would assume there would be something similar to alert I was in staff spaces? I have just appealed to POPLA (10 minutes ago) but apparently if yo uappeal you lose your opportunity to to pay the reduced amount £35 instead of £70.

I'm now worried as I think I must have inadvertently parked in a staff area (where it was really empty) whether I should just pay today the £35 & cancel my appeal or see what they say....

Any help & advice is welcomed.
