Hi,
this is is my first post so I hope I’m in the correct place,
yesterday I received this letter for a pay day loan I got over 6 years ago, at the time I was in a bad place financially and got made redundant, to be honest I forgot all about this loan and I’m sure it was for less that 150 pounds that I borrowed. I have moved address since then and this is the first time I’ve had a letter to my new address regarding this, and I’m really worried as I’ve just managed to start building my credit score.
i can’t even find this account on my clear score credit file.
What is the best way to respond. Any advice would be much appreciated
