  • Picture Finance PPI claim

In 2006 I had a secured loan from Picture Finance, it was paid off in full in 2008. Since Picture went into liquidation I was advised to claim the PPI through the FSCS, which I have done with no luck. I have the Loan Aggreement paperwork but since the bank I paid my monthly repayments through, has also, closed down, I don't have access to bank statements to prove the repayments were made. FSCS have said I need proof that the loan payments were started after the 30 day cooling off period. Any advise would be appreciated!
