I recently loss my tribunal case, during the case the company informed the tribunal under oath that another employee turn down a job so effectively he was paid off with a settlement. The fact where the employee was not offered the job this was confirm by the general manager of the company under oath. I feel this was unfair for the judge not to realise this as this was a blatant lie. Could I point this out in a letter to the judge , and for the decision to be reviewed due to the discrepancy in the statements given to the tribunal. I would also like to ask is the an offence under criminal law.
