  • Newbie saying hi and requesting help

wow - have been reading through some of the posts on here an what a great forum! thanks to everybody involved. I tried a search before posting but couldn't see my specific issue listed so please forgive me if I have missed it. I have received a PCN from TFL as apparently I contravened the ultra low emission zone by not paying the duty on the day I visited London. The details on the PCN are correct, with the exception of my surname, which is spelt incorrectly (info obtained from DVLA obvs as my log book has the same error). my driving licence is correct however. will there be any grounds for appeal do you think?
thank you to all in advance.
