    Hi
I have recently won my civil court case for ccj against a plumber who did poor workmanship in my bathroom costing me a lot of money therefore I took it to court. he never showed up with any court paperwork or documents prior to court so he was debarred and the case was thrown out and I gained judgement. He then tried to have the case set aside saying he didn't realise that he had to issue court documents and evidence to myself and the courts prior to his counterclaim.against me, the court would not allow it to be set aside. I never received any payment therefore I've just recently escalated it to the high court sheriffs, I've just found out that although they've managed to get the money they have to hold onto it for 14 days the plumber has now requested to have relief from sanctions and have it set aside and the court has granted a court date. What should I do now?
