My Pension was transferred out illegally back in 2013 Robert Heigway was a director at a company called Integra Administration Services based in Liverpool which went bust back in 2014 I did get my money back but had investments in a company called Vela Technologies Plc which I am in the process of getting back, I took Robert Francis Gordon Heighway to the small claims courts, got my judgment and sent it off to the sheriffs they got my money but Robert Francis Gordon Heighways mother paid the money, they went to the courts and got the judgment set aside I sent off my N244 order as I could not attend the hearing and have sent evidence to prove that Mr Heighway was involved in Pension liberation scams I have sent my appeal for the set aside and have had today, If the claimant seeks a hearing then my application can be listed, but I may seek some legal advice ok The DDJ's order is clear why she set judgment aside the court could not be satisfied service had been properly effected. I have the opportunity of pursuing the claim it is the judgment in default which has been set aside.
