  • Separated mother of 3 needing help.

I need some legal help to-
1/ Understand a trust deed that was set about in 2014 from the high court in covert garden on behalf of myself and my children. This trust was brought about by my xx partner. Trust was set up by Dawson and Cornwall in London.
2/ I purchased a property in 2014 with the trust money, the trust money is entrusted to the children only.I purchased the property with a new partner and the new partner drew up a mortgage agreement with the xx partner.
3/I am now in the process of separating from the man I shared the house with.
4/ The property is on the market currently.
I have moved out to a 1 bedroom flat.
5/The main reason I separated from the man I shared the house with was years of domestic abuse and major gas lighting.
with out going into massive further details of which there are loads, is there any way I can get any help.

Im on benefits in the flat, I have zero funds.
The father of my children is restricting access to my children.

Please can anyone give me any advice.

I Have had great help from Charlie at Rise in Brighton.

I am at the end of knowing how to deal with this.

    Rebecca.
