Debt Recovery Plus

I moved address 4m ago and didn’t get time to update with DVLA just received letter from DRP dept recoveries informing me that I over stayed car park hours by 30mins and have to pay them £166. The bill was sent from G24 of £60 and know DRP have got involved they have increase the bill to £160. I called DRP they said I have to pay the charge but will to reduce to £144.....,, what do I do
