Hi, We are due to have our home inspected by a party wall surveyor following construction works over the last 18 months that have damaged our property. The same surveyor did a condition survey prior to works. We are concerned that the outcome of this week’s survey may not acknowledge the full extent of the damage. What do we do and how long have we got to appeal against this? If so, who do we go to for advice? Should we expect compensation for stress etc too? Things have been amicable so far so I’m hoping for the best but want to be prepared!
