I was turned down for PIP and Mandatory decision, so I asked to be referred to tribunal, a few days later I sent a descriptive letter from my Psychologist and her card to the DWP, at that point they changed their minds and said they hadn’t considered how this would affect me on a day to day basis. So I rang them to ask if the tribunal case could be dropped and paid the money they owed, they said let’s wait and see what the tribunal say. A year later, I lost the tribunal, I believe the assessor was biased and lied, the DWP cause untold stress, anxiety and depressive dive and the judge was totally hostile. Is there anything I can do? Thank you.
