I was put into litigation on my mortgage the bank had a retention on my mortgage for essential works I put a new roof on at a cost of 14000 I asked for the retention of 14000 to be released but they refused because I was in arrears on looking back at my accounts I had an overdraft on my bank account I put a 1000 in to cover my mortgage but the bank used their right to set off to pay the loan payment putting me over my overdraft and declined my mortgage payment they then charged me for miss DD in fact charged me £260 onto my account for interest missed DD and SO which caused me problems again to pay my mortgage can you help
