    my son has recently been convicted and in summing up the case the judge refered to the fact he had been warned not to go to his girlfriends house by the police via an harrasment order i want to know if its right that they mentioned this as the police came to my door to see my son who wasnt in and in fact hadnt been residing at home so never actually got told by the police to stay away but yet the sentence was made all the more harsh because HE HAD IGNORED THE WARNING HE NEVER GOT advice please
