  • Bailiffs and chargeback (from defendent)

I won a case at the emplyment tribunal. the appeal process past without payment so i sent it the high court. they were succesfull and got payment however 1 week later (within the 14 day period) the defendent (ex employer) is playing hard ball and done a chargeback. the bailiffs are saying absolutely nothing to me and wont reveal anything. where do i stand? im now past the alloted 14 days but i have no money and i dont know how to re-enforce the writ? the employer is just being awkward with it and i hope they get procecuted for fraud
