Following my submitted claim form in relation to a small claim. I received a Defence and Counterclaim. No problem about the due process.
However, the defendant (a company) has made a very serious error in their statement which hits at the very core of my claim. I need to challenge this, of course, but how do I do it. Is there a special form?
