Hi I’m new here,
we used the template in this site (thanks!) to send of for the girlfriends cars VT.
we rightly owe £1066 to VT the car which we are happy to pay, however on PSA correspondence they are trying to charge us £300 to cover the financial shortfall element of the cover, I don’t believe we should need to pay this but is like some wording around it if they really push hard?
