After recently raising a grievance over instances of bullying and failure to provide reasonable adjustments after informing the company I was dyslexic, I have been told I will be having a meeting with my manager to discuss 'confidentialy of review'.
Is it likely they will ask me to not tell anyone about my experiences with the company and what basis would they have for taking this position.
