Hello, I would appreciate any advice please.
I terminated my PCP before christamas using the template from this sight. I both emailed and sent first class signed for. Toyota said they would ask BCA to call re collection of the car but to keep paying the payments until the car is collected. As I have paid more than the required 50% and having read extensively not only on this sight but others also, I have cancelled the direct debit. The car has been cleaned and is sat in my drive no longer taxed or insured. Toyota financial services did try and take their payment today but we're obviously unsuccessful. I would like advice on what my next move should be please. I'm hoping as they couldn't take their payment this will galvanize them into action but if not what should I do next please. I would really like the car gone.
