Hi all,
My colleague was dismissed and following a GDPR request, she received documents which have been forged/made up by our employer. She recieved copies electronically of information (some of it has been made up) which has been scanned, but there also appears to be emails which have been made up/falsified with dates that suggest they were written some time ago when they weren't. Can she force them to provide the original documents and somehow establish the inauthenticity of the emails?
