PIP Fiasco

I have been subjected to 2 abhorrent Assessments for PIP. For both I have actual proof that the DWP Agents deliberately altered facts, made up measurement criteria and actually lied in the creation of their fictional Reports. These are reports that the DWP use to base their decision upon and even after being advised of the failings of their agents they still persecuted me to the courts (I am awaiting the 2nd Tribunal date at this time). They have even fully endorsed their agents ignoring the guidelines the DWP sets and updates in respect of all of this> I feel that to be properly heard i will need to take my own action, as they would do if the boot was on the other foot?
