  • PCP Car finance termination

    Firstly, thankyou for accepting me.

Sooo just to set the scene. Had a Fiat 500 - went back to the dealer who said it had depreciated in value - I'd have to pay £711 to them= and get the small amount of damage to a wheel arch and wheel fixed. ( totalling £110 if i had done via them.

They advised best thing to do - was to return to finance people. I got the work done ( a friend who owns garage actioned this for me - happy days)
Manheim " inspected" and collected my car this morning. and i had to sign a report claiming £755 of damage.
"the printer isnt working" so I've got a picture of it on my phone.
the car was had no damage- any damage had been fixed prior to collection.

I told my contact at Fiat this morning and he advised their just trying to get their money back.

Does anyone have any advice on what happens next/ what to expect please?

I've had a look on google this morning and some old posts on money saving expert say to appeal - but i dont want the hassle of debt collectors appearing etc.

Any advice would be appreciated - i feel really stupid right now for trusting people.

    Thankyou
