Parish Council help please

I am having some issues with a problem and have had to involve my Parish Council. The minutes of the meetings they have and any discussions they have regarding my problem are of course published and available for all to see. My question is should they/be allowed to.... publish my name and address each time? this has been repeatedly going on for some while now.
