Hi, please could someone help me, ive been readng up on how to word a will and one guide states that if i want to give me son £60,000, it states that if i write " £60,000 to joe blogs, free of tax" -does this really mean that no tax would be payable as a result of me leaving this amount to him? (this is all the money i have in the world, i dont own any properties, and i dont want a chunk of this money being swallowed up by the state ) . all advice is much appreciated.
