shared pension order

I was awarded 38% of my ex husband police pension back in 2014, i have tried to contact equinity to get the share complete, they tell me i have to pay Ł2,000 to have the calculation done. My court papers state the pension sharing charges be paid in full by the transferor. How do i go about this and how can it be enforced
