Hi, I’m a new member and a novice in the convoluted world of PPI reclaiming so hoping for some advice. I bought a car through a Peugeot dealer back in about 1993 and am fairly sure it included PPI. I have bank statements showing the monthly payment to PSA finance and I know the car registration number but unfortunately can’t find the original agreement. I rang Santander Consumer Finance who are responsible for PSA going back that far but they say they can’t tell me if I had PPI without the agreement number.
I would really appreciate any advice on how I can find this out, or any other way I could ascertain whether I had PPI on the account.
