Car finance collection fees

Hi all

can car finance implant charge to collect the vehicle after I’ve voluntarily terminated. I wasn’t there when car was collected so I think my sister signed any paperwork and not sure wether she agreed to pay collection charges on anything she signed but never signed anything when the car was collected by finance company please help!!
