  • Picture Home Loans

    Hi

I am in a situation where I have a secured unregulated loan with Picture taken out in 2004.

The loan has not had full contractural payments now for 12 years, and the company have accepted reduced payments for this length of time, with arrears racking up into the thousands.

I involveed a 3rd party (professional) 4 years ago who is now the person that Picture write to and who writes to Picture on our behalf and we insist everything must be completed in righting.

I have maintained the monthly reduced payments for 12 years and have heard nothing from Picture for 2 years except they take the monthly direct debit.

Out of the blue I received a house visit from a 3rd party on behalf of Picture who want to go through income and expenditure (although Picture have this).

Really not sure what to do here now, for 12 years they have taken reduced payments knowing that this is putting me into further debt, but it was all I could afford.

I have been in touch with every agency and government departments and the response is its unregulated.

    Any advise welcome, thank you
