  • Lowells county Court

Thanks to your threads I am ready to submit my defense. I am in 2 minds whether to negotiate with Lowells to avoid a CCJ: Amount is £13k with court costs. Received first notice of this in January 2018 Pre Action Protocol, sent my S77 request 13 January and returned Jan 20 denying debt and second request for all original documentation: received copies of terms and conditions, ( no signature)payment history ( up and until July 2014 prior to Lowells who purchased the debt in November 2015. With the pre action protocol received letter of assignment, default notice..Which was dated 23/12/2015 but I had moved address and never received it although I had redirection organised
any advise would be gratefully appreciate... Do I stay and battle a losing war or do I settle in the hope of a deduction in the amounts owed
