Hi guys. I was wondering if i could get some help!?
i recently sent my letter of voluntary termination to moneyway on the 5/5/18 using a template i found on here. I got a reply on the 8/5/18 saying they can not accept it as they themselves terminated the agreement on the 31/1/17 (first time i have known about this) due to some missed payments after losing my job. We negotiated in may 2017 and set up a higher monthly payment to catch up under the same agreement number. They are trying to get me to voluntary surrender instead? What are my rights and can i win?
