Hi. Need a bit of advice. My husbands sister died March 2015. Probate was granted September of the same year. As of today the will has not been finalised. There was no property only bank accounts and policies. My husband has not been kept informed of updates or what is happening. He was left a set amount of money. Is there anything he can do to find out. The solicitors will not return calls and his neice who is also an executor seems to be not bothered.
