Hi, thank you for the add. I am waiting to hear 2nd stage of my complaint as the first has been upheld by the complaints team. I’ve just gone a whole year without the support from my specialist support after having it for the year before and suffered financial loss as a result as well as stress related ill health and loss of confidence in my abilities as a business owner. Support has been renewed now, but I wondered if you had any advice about loss claims etc as I can imagine it isn’t going to be easy to challenge
