Train4jobs - How to fight them

I enrolled for the plumbing course with Train4jobs. Howe er due to health issues I was advised by the doctor I can’t pursue the course. I had not even started the course had just registered and I am told them about my medical condition. But they are refusing to accept this and are asking me to pay the full fees of £5,000. Can you please help.
