Ppi first plus

Hello I am new to this forum my husband and I took.out a loan with PPI . I have tried to reclaim the PPI but have been rejected First Plus says they did not sell the PPI policy it was Freedom Finance who have gone out of business The Ombudsman has also up held First Plus decision on this. Can I claim for compensation on the commission that was paid to First Plus for the PPI there was 15,000 worth of PPI included on the loan. Thanks in advance for any help or advice given .
