Hi all, need help with a non molestation order, new to all this

its a long story but short round up, d-i-l owes me money, i am in process of small claims proceeding with letters back and forth between solicitors, 2 weeks ago i passed her and her sister on a main road, i was driving by, few days later police showed up, she accused me of rollling the window down and shouting abuse, also said i phoned her house and gave her abuse, she is a compulsive liar, we always took what she said with a pinch of salt, told the police we can pull up all phone records etc, funny thing is my window is electric and it takes its fits as to when it wants to work, bottom line, i did nothing, after the police visit i went out and purchased a dash cam to give myself some protection, so last friday police at the door again, this time with a non molestation order, we dont know what she has said to get it, cant get an appointment with our solicitor until next week, and i am feeling suicidal as police have said she can have me arrested at any time by just phoning and making a false accusation, even if i have proof against her, any help is greatly appreciated
