Hello. I need help regards voluntary termination of car finance car finance. I terminated Nov 2017 and handed back my 2010 ford galaxy approx value £2500-3000 in good condition to Mannheim auctions. I then got a bill for £6500 of damages!!!! I contested and this has been dropped to £1000. The finance company will not give me details of how I owe this. The car has been sold. They have instructed debt collectors. How do I dispute this? I've sent letters to the finance company and debt collectors informing them I dispute this debt but they still continue to contact me. Please help!
