  • Resignation and Redundancy

I resigned from my job the next day the rest of the workforce have been issued with 90 days at risk letter and its now been confirmed they will be made redundant and the last day of work is the day before my notice finishes. I resigned on compassionate grounds and was feeling pushed and asked to be released from my contract with 2 weeks notice and not the 4 on my contract. I haven't had any confirmation to my request , exit interview or a leavers form completed. Do I have a right to put in a grievance as I believe my manager was aware that redundancy was going to happen. Please advise
