I registered with trades gateway and had an accident at work ,i rang several times to hopefully finding a solution to payments but got shrugged off. I was off work for nearly 12 months with a knee injury but had no help whatsoever and then found myself passed onto a collection agency, i was very disappointed and the way the collection agency spoke to me was quite threatening. I just need to resolve this and hopefully find a resolution
