Hello Beaglers.
I Voluntary Terminated a Nissan in May 2017 back to RCI Finance. Issuing the correct template letters . They Responded after collection and calculated £2100 excess mileage. I disputed this saying the VT process changes the contract.
The response I have had today is that RCI have instructed a Law firm called DENTON to recover the moneys. They want me to make payment or this may result in a court action and possibility of a CCJ.
Any advice appreciated
