  • Delay in DWP appeal reconsideration

My ESA money was suspended in March due to DWP believing I had capital: I have no capital. With help and advice through welfare rights services, still no further forward 9 months on. I have had to supply multiple bank statements every other week to verify the fact that I have no capital. I have used up all resources ie social fund, crisis loans, food vouchers, fuel and gas credit, and I am living off small hand outs from relatives. When I initially re-applied, I waited three months to be told that the paperwork was missing, and back to square one again re: mailing bank statements. I feel that the service has been diabolical for me, and I feel as though I have been patient for 9 months, and now my patience has run out, and I don't know who to turn to. I would like some advice, while I still wait on a decision being made (second mandatory reconsideration). Is there anyone who could give me advice?
